• Will Zettler / Neon Sky ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Transmission SLS Camera Pro mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a safe experience while using our professional-grade detection tools.

1. Information Collection and Use

• Camera Access: The App requires access to your device's camera to perform real-time entity detection (SLS). The camera feed is processed locally on your device using advanced machine learning and computer vision. We do not transmit, stream, or store your live camera feed on any external servers. All visual processing happens strictly on your hardware.

• Storage/Media Access: If you choose to use the "Record" or "Snapshot" feature to log an encounter, the App saves an image file directly to your device's local gallery. These images remain on your device and are under your full control. We do not have access to these files, and they are not uploaded to our servers.

2. Data Safety & Third Parties

We value your privacy:

•  No Data Collection: We do not collect, sell, or share any personal information.

•  No Advertising: We have removed all advertising and associated tracking IDs from the App.

•  Local Processing: All detection algorithms and data storage occur locally on your device.

3. Children's Privacy

• Transmission SLS Camera Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
