Welcome! I am Neon Sky, a Android developer who makes android apps and games for clients around the world. The source code to any of my games is currently available to learn from and make your own game from! I am also a sound designer and ambient artist who has been making ambient tracks since 1999. I have also been in the game industry since about 2008, when I used to make content for Torque Game Engine and have most recently made a game with the Unreal Engine 5.8 and released it.

I have always wanted to do something that helps people, and I am now doing that by making high quality apps that can hold up to the needs of people around the world. I am always working on new ideas and client projects! I love making app ideas in to real life apps that everyday people use. So I continue pushing forward with new ideas to see where they lead me.

My rates begin at $85 per hour, I use AI Gemini as my personal assistant to help build and work out the app details, then build a framework in Android Studio. From here, we build your app one function at a time until it the finish where we either have a fully working app for you or a framework you can build off of.

How I structure  my app design and pricing. Basic rates are $85 per hour. There is a setup fee per project of $125 before we start with a minium of 6 hours time billed for the project. If we use less time, we adjust the billing, if we use more time, we adjust the billing. You also always know why you are being billed and what the cost was for. I don't leave out details. You know exactally what you are being billed for, always.

If you need the source code to the app, this is a different fee on top of the hourly price. I build you the app, and usually generate a AAB or APK file for you and we are done. Then if you need a update to the app, I quote you a price to update it for you and send you a new AAB or APK file to use, this is how it usally works, but sometimes the client wants the complete source code to the project. This can range anywhere between $3,500  to $30,000 just for the source code, not including my hourly rate. I base the project source code price on the VALUE it gives the user. The more value they get from the source, the higher the cost.

Most projects don't require me selling the source code to the project, but if you need it, it is there. You can compile your own AAB and APK files from it. I even give you the KEY file, the AAB and APK files with the source, so everything is ready to go for you and your programmer! It will run inside the current version of Android Studio.
