I'm Neon Sky, better known as Will Zettler and I make android apps for clients from around the world! I have been designing apps and games since about 1999, and I also am a ambient artist and sound designer. I love what I do and I'm blessed to do what I love every day and put my heart into every project I do!
If you would like to hire me, you will need your own Google Play Store account as I give you the final APK and AAB files to upload to the Play Store yourself, I do not do this for the end client. Also, souce to your app is available for a extra fee to whatever project I work on for you, the source to the app is not available as part of the client or hourly fee, it is a price on it's own and usually priced based on what I honetly feel it is worth. This price comes at the end after we finish the app and get it fully working.
A example of this would be:
The client app costs $50 per hour @ 60 hours = $3,000 for dev costs to make the app.
The source to the app could cost anywhere between $3,000 upwards to $25,000, but is all based on the finished app and how much value it brings you in the end.
I try to base the final source code pricing based on a resonalble assessment of the entire overall project.
